Please do not provide sensitive personal data unless it is genuinely needed for a requested Service.
If you provide information about another person, you confirm that you are authorised to do so and have given them appropriate notice.
3. HOW WE COLLECT DATA
We collect personal data directly from you, automatically from your device or browser, from organisations that arrange Services for you, and from suppliers or other third parties involved in fulfilling a request.

Where applicable, our legal bases include performing a contract with you, taking steps at your request before entering a contract, complying with legal obligations, pursuing our legitimate interests, and obtaining consent.
You may withdraw consent at any time, but this will not affect processing already carried out lawfully.

We require service providers to handle data only for authorised purposes and to apply appropriate confidentiality and security measures.
Third-party providers may have their own privacy notices and terms.
6. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
Because Verdant and many of the suppliers supporting our Services operate internationally, personal data may be processed in Hong Kong and other jurisdictions.
Where required by applicable law, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers and take reasonable steps to ensure that recipients protect personal data.
7. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES
The Website and App may use cookies, software development kits, local storage, pixels or similar technologies for essential operation, security, preferences, analytics and performance.
You can control cookies through browser settings and, where available, our consent controls.
Disabling some technologies may affect functionality.
8. DATA RETENTION
We keep personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to provide Services, maintain business and financial records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements and meet legal obligations.
Retention periods vary according to the type of data and the reason we hold it.
When data is no longer required, we delete it, anonymise it or securely restrict access to it where deletion is not immediately possible.
9. SECURITY
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, loss and destruction.
No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for using an up-to-date, secured device.
